Weekday lunch buffet is quite popular for Pizza hut in the UK and adult's will only cost £6.49, child's £3.49, sound nice for those pizza lover especially ME!! However, i could only have a day off on every sunday......

Fruits custard

Err..dessert was calling us these few days again.. So we went to Tesco today and bought some ready to use baked tart case, Vanilla custard, kiwi, mandarin orange and peach.
Anyway, put all the vanilla custard on the baked tart case and filling with the fruits as decorations and baked around 15-20 minutes. Thus, that's ready to eat!!!

Apple Pies& Strawberry Custard

After a good tried for chicken pies, im ready to challenge the other bakery which is Apple pies. Same as previous, i've prepared a "ready to use pastry sheets" which can be found in Tesco.

As a dessert lover like me, I believe desserts are the solution to most of life's problems. :)

Cut the apple into slices and placed it on the pastry sheet

Simply put a sprinkle of caster sugar or icing sugar on the top of the apple pies

Yummy~

As there is still a small part remaing of pastry sheet and i found some strawberries in the refrigerator, so i can take this excuse to bake another dessert which is Strawberries Custard..hehe..

Get the pastry sheet as base then apply some vanilla custard before put some slices of apple and strawberry as decorations

I can tell u....It's EXCELLENT!!!

Cupcakes

A cupcake, is a small cake designed to serve one person, frequently baked in a small, thin paper cup. However, I had those cupcakes before but i had never tried to bake it by myself.
As i got the recipe from Emily last few week ago so i wanted to try it today. The recipe is easy and just needed few of the ingredients such as self-raising flour, butter, milk, sugar, salt, eggs, vanila essence, chocolate chips and thin paper cups.

This was mixtured all the ingredients..

Added some chocolate chips and it's ready to bake..

Seem like just only 90% baked..



Please don't look at the colour as it's taste very nice!!

Chicken Pies

It was my first attempt to make chicken pie and the taste is absolutely YUMMY!!!! The main ingredients included chicken breast (chopped into bite-sized chunks), button mushrooms, onion, and ham. Cheddar cheese, whipping cream, butter, plain flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste and puff pastry which can get in Tesco.

Mixtured the chickens, onions and button mushrooms and added those cream etc.

Ready to bake!!

Frankie & Benny's is a chain of Italian/American restaurants in the UK. Today, Kevin, Trung, Yee and i went to one of the outlet in the Cabot Circus for a lunch before started our little shop.
